Services and Scope

TangVPN provides subscriptions to international routes and access to client apps, with coverage in 110+ countries and 180+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Coverage information does not mean every route is always available, nor does it guarantee access to any specific website or app.

The service provides network connectivity only; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party platforms. Regional restrictions, account policies, and content licenses for third-party services are determined by those providers, and users must comply with their rules. Client downloads and subscription access are handled through the user panel.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not post them on public pages, in code repositories, or in groups. If your credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time for the account holder's personal use. This does not permit sharing accounts with others, distributing subscriptions, reselling routes, or providing commercial relay services. Do not use another person's account or interfere with other users' normal access.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See plan pricing for prices and data allowances, and review the billing method and applicable details before choosing a plan.

Requirements for Compliant Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their actual use of the service, and must determine for themselves whether their network access is lawful. Do not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content or malicious programs, unauthorized data collection, or other unlawful activities.

Do not launch network attacks, send bulk unsolicited messages, scan or break into other systems, or misuse automated processes in ways that affect shared resources. Anonymous, no-log operation is part of the privacy policy and does not exempt users from legal responsibility. The Privacy Policy defines how personal information is handled.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, international links, maintenance, and the policies of destination platforms. TangVPN does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a fixed connection speed, or continuous access to third-party services. If you encounter an issue, check your local settings, switch to an available route, and then submit details of the problem.

Maintenance or route changes may affect some features. Updates will be posted in site announcements or the user panel. Responsibility for network failures beyond reasonable control, changes by third-party platforms, or force majeure events will be assessed based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law or limit statutory consumer rights.

Suspension and Termination

If TangVPN detects unlawful use, account resale, public distribution of subscriptions, attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, it may suspend affected connections or terminate the account according to the level of risk. In the event of an urgent security risk, necessary restrictions may be applied first, with details provided through the user panel afterward.

If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation and any necessary materials through a user panel support ticket to request a review. Restrictions should be proportionate to the actual risk. Account termination does not affect rights held or responsibilities owed under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Policy Guidance

If service rules need to change due to feature updates or legal requirements, the revision date will be updated on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel, along with details on how they apply. Revisions will not retroactively reduce rights already acquired under applicable law.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. For how to apply and further details, see the Refund Policy.
